This is the single most valuable file. Your past DM conversations teach the AI your exact vocabulary, sentence length, how you handle objections, and when you push for the close. Without this, we're guessing. With it, the AI is genuinely you.

How to download your messages ZIP:

  1. Open Instagram in your browser and log in.
  2. Go to Settings → Accounts Center.
  3. Click Your information and permissions.
  4. Click Export your information.
  5. Click Create export and select your Instagram account.
  6. Click Export to device → Next.
  7. Under Customise information, uncheck everything — then check Messages only.
  8. Set date range: Last 6 months. Format: JSON.
  9. Click Start export and confirm with your password.
  10. Instagram will notify you when it's ready. Download the ZIP and send it to us on WhatsApp.
